The Leela Gandhinagar invites guests on a global culinary journey with the launch of the Flavours around the Globe at Citrus Junction from May 15 to 24, between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM, along with a specially curated Sunday brunch experience.
Bringing together celebrated flavours from around the world, the festival draws inspiration from the rich culinary traditions thoughtfully presented through The Leela’s signature style of refined hospitality.
Across cultures, food has long served as a celebration of regional flavours, tradition, and community. At Citrus Junction, this global culinary narrative unfolds through eight distinct live food destinations and a thoughtfully designed ambience that creates an engaging and vibrant dining experience.
The festival showcases a diverse selection of internationally inspired cuisines, drawing from the food cultures of India, Japan, China, Spain, Greece, Mexico, the Mediterranean, and the United States. Guests can savour favourites ranging from Delhi-style chaats and kathi rolls to Japanese takoyaki, handcrafted dim sums, Spanish tapas, Greek souvlaki, and Mexican tacos, each elevated through refined presentation and interactive live kitchens.
The experience is further elevated through immersive live counters, interactive culinary moments, live music and vibrant presentations that bring a dynamic energy to the overall ambience. Designed around shared experiences and leisurely indulgence, the festival blends global inspirations with contemporary hospitality to create a lively yet refined setting where guests can unwind, explore, and savour the season at their own pace.
